This week I would like to focus on login issues.

Upon registration with Adult Rental, you are immediately emailed your account details. Sometimes, however, email services like Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL will block any information of an adult nature (keywords or url’s) from coming into your inbox or delivered at all. Please check your Spam or Junk Folders as the information could be in there.

User Name

With Adult Rental your user name is always your email address. We chose this because it is easy to remember and unique to you. It is recommended that you enter your email in all lowercase letters to avoid issues in the future.

Choosing a Password

We recommend you choose something you will remember easily. It could be the name of your pet, your favorite athlete, musician, porn star, first car, something that is personal to you. We also recommend you keep it simple and make it all lower case.

Simple Tips

• Remember that your user name and password are CASE SENSITIVE.
• A common issue of login failure is due to using the copy and paste feature from your stored or retrieved account information. Sometimes when you copy and paste your user name and/or password there is a space at the beginning or end and this will cause an error. It is recommended that you type this in manually whenever you can.
  
• We recommend you turn on your Windows or Other O/S Auto Complete feature. This will help you not have to remember all of your passwords for various sites you visit. For Help on this topic please refer to your O/S documentation or visit
