Q: Firstly, you are incredibly hot! You have such an enticing, unique look; what's your family heritage?
A: My background is a good mix and includes Irish, German and Cherokee blood - but I'm really just the girl next door!
Q: So how did you end up in this industry, pleasing so many people with your all-natural, knockout body?
A: I was a dancer.
Q: Did you get your start in California?
A: Nope - I'm a Texan gal through and through! I got my start dancing at a club there. I had done a few odd jobs before, but dancing was the first thing that I was really passionate about.
Q: Do you still dance now?
A: I'm not dancing now, but it's something that I want to return to. Even though I love it, it's a lot of work and can be easy to burn out when you're dancing 5 nights a week..
Q: What was your first movie?
A: I did my first movie with Ed Powers, 'More Dirty Debutantes, 94'
Q: How did you hook up with Ed?
A: I met him through an agent with World Modelling. A lot of producers get their talent through Ed and from the beginning, everybody kept on telling me you have to work with Ed because he's THE guy to do your first scene with.
Q: What were you like growing up?
A: Nobody in this business ever believes me, but I was actually really shy.
Q: Really?
A: I have always loved to watch people - part of the reason it was so much fun to film 'Peeping Tom, 16'. Anyway, I used to be the one in the corner and watch everybody else do crazy things. Once I started experimenting, there was no turning back!
Q: You've certainly blossomed into a very expressive individual!
A: Yeah, my self-confidence has really exploded and I've come to into myself. But it all comes down to fun, which I get to have a lot of on the job. I consider myself really lucky.
Q: Did your inner shy girl ever have doubts about your career path?
A: Not really - she gets in on all the fun too. I have always been really good at separating my life and leading a sort of dual existence. On the one hand, I'm very experimental and open with myself - and others - but I can be more conservative with how I spend my free time and who I spend it with.
Q: Were you a bit nervous on the set of your first feature?
A: I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. When I first met with Ed, he put me at ease and we had a really good time. After we had the chance to talk about everything I was totally relaxed.
Q: After finishing your first scene, did you know right away that you wanted to do more or was there more of a process involved?
A: I remember thinking, when it was over, that it was a really good experience. I decided to see what would follow. I've always felt in complete control over what I do, which is important considering what I do!
Q: Do you think that people you grew up with would be surprised to see you in all your current glory?
A: For those people that knew me well enough back in the day, this is not a shocker and actually may have expected my career path to take such a sexy turn.
Q: What about the others?
A: Okay, they would be totally floored. I used to wear oversized rocker t-shirts, leather jackets everything black! I was never much of a show off when it came to my body.
Q: So somewhere in Texas, some porn appreciators are getting a huge shock!
A: There are guys from all over the place the state singing that J Giles song, Angel in the Centerfold.
Q: Let's talk co-stars. Do you have any favourite male, and female, performers to work with?
A: Well, I don't work with females and I have a few memorable guys that come to mind.
Q: Who's that?
A: Where to start? Mark Davis, Randy Spears, Ian 't like limiting myself to just one! I worked with Ron too; we just laughed the whole time and had so much fun together. Working with a legend has its perks!
Q: Have you heard from anybody you grew up with that has seen any of your movies?
A: I haven't, as a matter of fact, but I know that one day this is going to happen. I can see it now: running into someone I know and having the oh my God, I can't believe it! conversation.
Q: What about your family?
A: Of course they know. I don't hide anything from my family because I'm not afraid of criticism. I believe in having an open and honest relationship with people that are important to you. .
Q: So they were okay with your career choice?
A: I think that some were originally a little upset, but I never heard anything about it. I think that they just don't want to bring me down in any way and really, they know that I don't care what other people think!
Q: You don't care?
A: I tell them everything because I love them and I don't want to disrespect them by having my family hear things from somebody else. Ultimately it's my life and I will do what I want, regardless of what anybody else thinks or says about it.
Q: Were you nervous about first telling anybody?
A: Perhaps a little bit, but my parents raised me as an independent woman. When I first got to LA, I called my mom to tell her that I was going to star in an adult film; she simply told me to take care of myself and that was it.
Q: When you are not performing, what do you do to keep yourself busy?
A: I've always got a project on the go, but I'd like to do another musical. Just before retiring from adult, I sang and acted in the musical pornographic film 'Misty Beethoven: The Musical'. It was a lot of fun , so I'd like to do something like that again.
Q: What's the next goal you've set for yourself?
A: Well, I've written two books so I would really like to have them published. There are a lot of people waiting to read them!
Q: Have you had the chance to write or direct your own projects?
A: I don't think that directing is my thing. The writing I do isn't related to the adult industry, it's just a side hobby - something that I do just for myself.
Q: What else do you like to do a hobby?
A: I love to read. When I'm not on set, I'm reading all the time
