The magazine claims the two have been quietly dating for a few weeks and are slowly going public. She's dated backup dancers. She's dated former drug dealers. A waiter fits ''s name. An eyewitness revealed that "Michael came in a little after midnight, and she came in right after. They were being discreet. Forty-five minutes later, they left the restaurant together. He was charming. He made Britney laugh and looked at her with this secret smile. They left in separate cars."

Reports detail that Brit instantly fell for Michael when she was at Mirabelle in early November. "Their chemistry was immediate. He's very turned on by her," says an insider. Since then, the two have had at least one date at Brit's mansion. "They?re always texting each other," says the insider.

When Michael Marchand was asked about their romance, he said, smiling, "I can't talk about that right now."

Despite gaining an injunction earlier this year preventing adult website parisexposed.com from selling a recently-uncovered video of her being filmed having a bubble bath, it seems the footage has now appeared on YouTube and as well as some adult pay-sites. It shows a naked Hilton enjoying a bubble bath while joking about her past video scandals. "If you were with us before this is issue number three of the Paris Hilton sex tape," a male voice jokes from off-camera. It is unknown who the male voice is that appears in the video with the star. A toned-down version is available on You Tube while a more explicit edit is said to be widely available on American adult sites. In the edited take, Paris sits in a bath hosing herself with a shower head as the unknown male films and coaxes her to speak.

The video is reportedly part of a collection of private material that Hilton had kept in a storage vault, but was auctioned off after she forgot to pay the rent.

These photos just recently surfaced, but they were taken two weeks ago while Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey were on vacation in the British Virgin Islands. And I use the term 'vacation' loosely, since you probably have to have a job to actually take a vacation. Although to be fair, lying around on the beach and having sex all day is tough work.
