Description: Peggy Joe is a woman with 1990's ideas, trapped in the 1950's middle America. The world at Dickie. A soda shop / diner in a small all American town of Appleton. She is young and rebellion a sort of female version of James Dean. The only thing Peggy Jo has any feelings for in Appleton is Steve Decker, a "Bad Boy" in a leather jacket who rides a motorcycle and works as a car mechanic. Steve is fixing his bike up so he can blow town. Peggy Jo is hoping he notices her and offers her a lift.
